1. Who we are

SolCity ("the game", "we") is operated by [OPERATOR NAME], [COUNTRY / ADDRESS]. Contact: [CONTACT EMAIL]. By playing SolCity or buying packs you agree to these terms.

2. Age

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live, if higher) to connect a wallet or buy packs. Do not use SolCity where buying randomized in-game items or crypto assets is not allowed.

3. The game is free to play

You can play SolCity without paying. Free pull tickets come from daily rewards, missions and levels. Sunlight, tickets, levels and your city are game data with no cash value. They cannot be withdrawn, sold or exchanged for money or tokens.

4. Paid pulls are random

Packs of 1, 5 and 10 pulls can be bought with the SolCity token. Each pull gives a random building, like a loot box. The odds for every rarity are shown in the game before you buy, and the 10-pull pack guarantees at least one Rare or better. You may not get the building you want. Buildings are in-game items only: they are not NFTs, have no cash value and cannot be traded or refunded.

The price of a pack is shown before you confirm the transaction in your wallet. The game charges a round token amount worth about a fixed USD value; that amount changes over time with the token price.

5. Payments are final

Payments are Solana blockchain transactions that you sign in your own wallet. Once confirmed on-chain they cannot be reversed or refunded. If you paid but did not receive your buildings, reopen the game with the same wallet: paid pulls are stored on our server and restored automatically. If that fails, contact us with the transaction signature.

6. The token

The SolCity Coin token ($SCOIN) is an in-game utility used to buy packs and unlock a holder production bonus. It is not an investment. We make no promise about its price, value, liquidity or future. Crypto assets are volatile and you may lose all the money you spend. We do not give financial advice.

7. Your wallet

You are responsible for your wallet and its security. We will never ask for your seed phrase or private key. The game only reads your public address and token balance; the only transactions it asks you to sign are pack purchases you start yourself.

8. Fair play

Do not cheat, exploit bugs, attack the servers or automate the game. We may fix bugs, reset game data affected by an exploit, and block wallets that abuse the service.

9. Changes and availability

The game is provided "as is". We may change balancing, buildings, odds for future pulls, prices and features, or stop the game. Pulls already paid for stay in your inventory while the game runs. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses, token price changes or wallet problems.
